(Bio-)Hybrid Nanoparticles & Nanostructures (BH2N) is a group of the Nanosciences department from the laboratory ICB. It is lead by Julien Boudon and includes different activities.

  • SPIONs-phtalocyanine (Pc) nanohybrids developed as bimodal contrast agents for optical imaging (OI) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
  • SPIONs Nanohybrids surface modification by 3,4-dihydroxy-L-phenylalanine (LDOPA) or 3,4-dihydroxyhydrocinnamic acid (DHCA)
  • SPIONs-LDOPA-PEG2000-MANOTA[64Cu] Nanohybrids evaluated in vitro and in vivo by MRI-PET
  • Protein grafting at the surface of bimodal SPIONs to target cardiovascular diseases and monitor them by MRI-PET (cardiotoxicity induced by chemotherapy)
