Travel around the world of researchers with la Nuit Européenne des Chercheur.e.s

For this 16th edition, hundreds of researchers are gathering for a 100% connected night. From 6 p.m. to midnight, the researchers invite you to discover their “little nocturnal secrets”, for an evening rich in encounters, discussions and confidences.

An invitation to share the same evening with researchers in hundreds of European cities, including 14 in France. On this occasion, friendly dialogue conditions are created, for simple, unique exchanges. Innovative devices are offered to the public. Within scenographic spaces, the atmosphere is relaxed, allowing intimate and special moments of sharing, to discover researchers as you have never seen or heard them before.

The annual theme of “little nocturnal secrets" invites the public to enter the intimacy of researchers to discover their research secrets. Failed research, unrecognized topics or topics that don’t interest anyone, topics that make you dream … There are so many things they don’t tell us!

Each evening will reflect a different proposal, depending on the reception areas, the teams and the creativity of the organizers. Fourteen cities will invite you to travel with the researchers, variations on the same theme, reflecting the dynamism of each … The richness of the fields of investigation of the researchers is immense, so each evening will draw on the diversity of proposals.
