Elections: college of non-permanent staff
The first round of the partial elections to the laboratory council / college of non-permanent staff will take place on Wednesday July 1st from 01:00 to 16:00 (French time) by electronic vote. If necessary, a second round will take place on Thursday July 2 at the same hours.
Electronic voting
Proxy voting is not necessary, voters will be able to vote with any device (PC, tablet, smartphone, Xbox, connected TV, …) and from anywhere in the world, provided it there is internet network access.
On the day of the election, each voter will receive an individualized and personalized link by e-mail so that he can vote. This link will only be active on voting days, and only on the defined time slot (01:00 – 16:00)
Polling stations
Elections will be by electronic vote, therefore there will be no polling stations.
Counting and proclamation of results
The counting of the ballots will take place on Wednesday July 1st at 4.30pm for the 1st round. If second round, the count will take place on Thursday July 2 at 4.30 p.m.
The result of the election will be posted within 3 days of the polling date.
