Dr. Frédéric CHAUSSARD (1973 ). I received the PhD from the University of Burgundy in 2001, and I pursued my postdoctoral research at Laboratory of Ultrafast Spectroscopy, University of Lausanne between 2002 and 2003. Before my PhD I have worked at ONERA (French Aerospace Lab) in the context of the compulsory national service; I joined the Physics Departement, University of Burgundy as Associate Professor in 2003; My research activities are concerned with frequency and time-resolved spectroscopy (Stimulated Raman Spectroscopy SRS, Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Spectroscopy CARS, Raman Induced Polarization Spectroscopy RIPS, fs-CARS) mainly for temperature and concentration optical diagnostic, the study of collisional processes and their consequences on spectral lineshapes, and the femtosecond laser induced molecular alignment.
