Carreer

 After a PhD (2002 - 2005) in the field of ceramic fuel cells (SOFC = Solid Oxide Fuel Cells) and a post-doctorate on the synthesis of nanostructured ceramics, I was recruited, in 2008, to provide a new approach in the field of non-conventional energy. My research activities are focused on the study of SOFC, IT-SOFC (Intermediate-Temperature SOFC) and EHT (high temperature electrolyzer) systems around three major axes:

  • realization of IT-SOFC systems and study of aging under real conditions (stack) ;
  • electrochemical studies on cells ;
  • establishment of a system with dual atmosphere for EHT applications.

Lectures

 My teaching activities are conducted primarily at ESIREM (Superior School of Engineers in Sustainable Development-Materials and Infotronique: http://esirem.u-bourgogne.fr/ ) and in the L3 Chemistry department. My teaching areas are:

  • thermodynamic stability of oxides, transport phenomena, ...;
  • electrochemistry;
  • inorganic chemistry;
  • shaping and sustainability of metal and ceramic materials;
  • monitoring tutored projects.
